Problems with P2 Viewer

Hi all!
We have recently bought a P2-Camera (with AVC-Intra Codec). But the P2-Viewer shows the raw stock only in slowmotion - (shot normal frame rate) - also: the proxies don`t work, although the codec for the mp4 files is already installed. Somebody knows a solution? Thanks!

What frame rate and size did you shoot?

What OS on what computer?

What OS on what computer?

It`s shot on the 301E with normal frame rate (1080/25fps), the viewer is installed on a windows7 system.
