I recently updated my Kona Io to 1.3.1 and just yesteday captured for the first time since said update. I captured using the DV codec and all settings are as they were prior to update. What is happening on playback appears to be a slight framerate issue, along with artifacts most evident with motion.
To check if it's a playback issue in FCPHD or not, I have played some of the clips in QT player and although not as noticable, there are still problems.
In this project, much of the footage was captured prior to the update, and that is all fine.
I tried recapturing after confirming all settings with the same net results in DV.. Recapture in 8bit uncompressed 4:2:2 is perfect.
Has anybody experienced problems with the DV codec after upgrading to 1.3.1? (nice to see the gamma shift bug fixed though!)
