  • Office Manager - Los Angeles

    We are seeking a motivated, organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Office Manager to run the daily operations as well as support the financial activities of the company.

    Responsibilities Include:
    • Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll functions.
    • Provide administrative support to production staff
    • Manage petty cash expenses and expense logs
    • Manage employee files, benefits packages
    • Answer phones, check messages, and direct calls
    • Greet people when they arrive, direct them to the right people
    • Sign for and log packages/ sort mail
    • Order /Restock Supplies / Groceries
    • Liaison between vendors
    • Keep office clean, empty trash, load/unload dishwasher
    • Open office, make coffee
    • Organize office birthdays/ plan special events (wrap parties and office morale events)


    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
    • Experience in media company setting is preferred but not required.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Very Detail-oriented
    • Comfortable with macs, Microsoft Office and Google Apps/Docs
    • Calm under pressure
    • Ability to prioritize, organize, problem-solve and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
    • Friendly and outgoing can-do personality
